Can I Cancel/Change My Order?

We begin production as soon as orders are received, so make sure everything is PERFECT before you checkout. If you have JUST placed the order and something must be changed, you can email orders@maydesigns.com and we will try to catch the order before it hits the printer!

    Ive tried calling and emailed you. Can't get on to my account where I can check my order history. How can one stop an order to amend it when your site is NOT user friendly? I will not recommend this site to others.

    So glad you reached out! Sorry you're having trouble logging in. We'd love to help! You can either email orders@maydesigns.com, use the Chat or Offline Message feature on our website, or reach out to us via a private social media message and we can reset your password for you.

    Once we've reset it, if you log into your account, you'll be able to click on your name in the top right corner, then click Order History. This will show you the status of all of your previous orders. Sadly, since we begin printing as soon as orders are received, we are unable to make changes once an order has already hit the printer. We require that you click a checkbox before checkout verifying that everything in your order is perfect! However, it's always worth reaching out just in case to see if production has started! We want to make sure you get an order you love :)

    Hi I placed and order a few minutes ago I ordered 4 blush type Agendas and for some reason I made a mistake and one of them it's the black and white type please I need to change that one to the blush one
