    Hi There. I spoke with Kemper previously, not sure if she will be responding to me again. Long story short, there was an issue with an offer about 2 weeks ago. Kemper resolved it with a 25% off code. Because of a business trip to London, I didn't get complete my notebooks. I thought it was a sailed ship. I received an email from May designs yesterday for 50% off (I can forward the email). Spent the past 2 hours finalizing/creating 17 notebooks to be given as Christmas gifts. I am ready to check out and input my credit card number, only to find out the discount didn't automatically generate. I just realize that the 50% off, ($10 per notebook if I order 5 or more) expired at midnight last night! Ugh! Can you please extend the offer to me? My current total is $340! I am ready to checkout at this very moment and so disappointed that I didn't read the fine print. I would have finished the notebooks last night. These are Christmas gifts and I really hope to purchase them all.

    Hi, what happened to the "Calligraphy Notebook" you were offering I think just a month or so ago?
    Is it still possible to get it? I'm unable to find it on the site.

    Hi Patti! The calligraphy notebook is one of the inside page options in our Notebooks. Start by clicking Notebooks, which will take you to the 3 step personalization process. Step 3 lets you select the inside page option you want. There, you can scroll down to the calligraphy option.     December of 2014 I gave my girls Vouchers for photo books that they never used. How can I access those funds as photo books are not an option anymore?

    Also there are codes I can't get to work from gift cards I gave last summer. What can no?

    Hi there! You can use the original photo book voucher codes in the discount box at checkout. We have converted them into site wide gift card codes! If you don't have the codes, just email orders@maydesigns.com and we can find them for you. Please email in about the gift cards too, we'd love to help!
