Can I return/exchange my clothing?

We know how important it is to love the fit and feel of each item in your wardrobe. If you
have any concerns about your order, please contact us at orders@maydesigns.com within 30 days
of your purchase.

If you don’t love your May Designs dress or skirt, please email orders@maydesigns.com to let us know. Due to the custom nature of our products, we can offer store credit for returns/exchanges for items that have never been worn/washed, but we cannot offer cash refunds. Once we receive the item(s) you want to return/exchange, we will send you a May Designs credit to use on our website toward another purchase.

We want your order to be perfect! If there is a quality issue or if you were sent the wrong item(s), please email orders@maydesigns.com with your order number and a clear photo of the item(s).
